Ø20mm-Ø2000mm HDPE,PP Water Supply Pipe, Gas Pipe Energy-saving and High Speed Extrusion Line
This production line adopts the most advanced technology of Europe, it is a new research achievement of energy-saving production line, which is suitable for high speed extrusion of HDPE, PP and other polyolefin pipe, compared with common production line, the energy-saving effect reach on 35%, and the product efficiency increase more than 1 times, thus it is not only saving the cost of site and manpower, but also improving efficiency. This production line has nice appearance, higher automatically degree, production reliable and stable.

Our factory using the development HDPE, PP pipes extrusion technology develops this kind of extrusion line. This line features compact structure, highly automation and stable performance.
3. Description:
This machine group consists mainly of vacuum calibration tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, tilter, etc.
Single screw extruder and haul-off unit includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type, ten-claw type, twelve-claw type, etc. No-scraps cutting, saw cutting or planetary cutting can be applied, the property of machine group is reliable, the production efficiency is high. With special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe, and core layer foam pipe, etc. It can also produce PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX, silicon core pipe and pipe of other material. The planetary cutting machine is fully automatic computer digital control; it has such advantages of simple operation, reliable property, etc. It has reached world advanced level.
4. Applications:
PE series plastic pipe extrusion line is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc.

9. Commercial Terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer requests.
Customers pay the charge of our technicians.
(1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket
(2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication
(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.
(4) An interpreter is needed.
6. Spare parts:
Spare parts for one year are needed for the customers, and we suggest that customers should buy the spare parts. (Fittings list will be provided.)
7. English manual, Figuration drawing, and footing drawings are provided.
